While we carry .20mm in stock, we recommend only experienced artists use it. This is a great blade with extremely thick skin. Since the Desired Beauty Microblade are very sharp, it is easy to go deep into the skin with this blade. If you are a beginner, practice is highly suggested! Great for artists who prefer a slanted blade over the U style blade
